Heat and Steam Boiler Transport is the process of removing and transporting boilers, which is one of the large-scale and heavy equipment. Heat and steam boilers are often used in power plants, refineries, factories and other industrial facilities. These boilers operate under high pressure and temperature and generally have large dimensions and weights. The Transport of Heat and Steam Boilers is a very sensitive and careful process. Planning: A plan is made for the Transport of the Boiler. This plan includes loading, unloading, determining the route, obtaining Heavy Transport (Oversize Transport) permits on the route where the transport will be made, and other logistics details.
Preparation: If the Boiler is used, disassembling the boiler and disconnecting the gas and electricity connections are carried out by the technical teams in accordance with the procedures.
Loading: The dismantled or newly manufactured Boiler is loaded on the most suitable transport vehicle determined by using the most suitable equipment, and fixed to the vehicle on which the Boiler is loaded.
Transportation: For the smooth delivery of the Boiler, safe navigation in traffic and transportation to the destination determined by the customer are provided with the support of the pilot car on the predetermined route.
Delivery and installation: At the address specified by the customer, the Boiler is lifted from the vehicle with the appropriate lifting equipment and lowered to the floor determined by the customer, and if requested, the Boiler is delivered after its installation.
